Posts: 5 | | Hi guys, new to pua. Just read the thread on negs in the thread of interest and want to see if i'm understanding clearly - is this a good neg?
Something along the lines of "thats a really nice dress, i saw another girl wearing it on the way here"
Do i have the gist?
FWIW I have no trouble with C&F, pretty much built in my personality

Location: UK | | I wouldn't bother using negs 99% of the time they are not needed. As for that neg it is pretty much straight from the game and you will get called on it. Also it sounds like it would be an opener, at that point you wouldn't have build enough chemistry to get away with it IMO. Also if dropped later it would be weird as it would be like you have been looking at her for a minute or two and only just noticed her dress making the compliment seem forced/awkward.
Just don't bother with negs in short

i tease more than neg. but if the girl seems stuck up, like if shes been turning down dudes all night and u can tell her ego its in so big the room seems stuffy. then thats the girl i will neg a bit. just to bring her confidence down enough to let me in.

Posts: 5 | | Cheers guys, yeah I tend to agree with you, on first reading negs only seemed useful when the girl has that huge ego, but hey always good to know what to do when come across one like that.
Havnt read The Game yet, cardinal sin I know, will have to get to it.
