There is an HB9. I know where she lives. She is interested in me. We have met three times, but there was no apportunity to say anything.

How can I approach her? Can I ring at the home she lives with her parents and say something? Can I send a letter?

There probability of meeting her again is very low otherwise.

If you have a dog you could wander over and a few days when you know she might be around and just say, hey what a coinidence!!!!! I didn't know you lived around here!! how are you? I was just going to grab a coffee, you fancy coming?

If you aint got a dog, then no sweat either dude, you could go direct but I never use direct cos it could go to shit real easy.

Take up jogging and make sure you go past her house at different times every day you go jogging.
Dude, if you are really into this girl, just go for it, and don't send a letter either that is a bit AFC. If she really is into you, then I think with just a little push and pull from you , you will clse it.
