I came to these forums for advice, not to try get a confidence boost via the internet. Nonetheless my point is that many people seem to just be regurgitating what others have said and claim to be "PUAs" or "MPUAs" giving advice and never have done it. The ones who really seem to know whats goin on with the game are responding to questions from people that have distorted their situations to make themselves not look as desperate and needy or the exact opposite make up these situations that make them seem this way so that people will feel sorry for them and they will have built this social status on a forum. My question i guess is how many people using these forums actually go out and "sarge" with others from the forums. I am an outgoing person and love to go out and have a good time. I have my weakpoints which is why i am here but it seems as the people that are giving advice are insecure about themselves which is not reassuring in any way to me.

Is there anyone out there that actually does go sarging rather than spending all of their time posting "reports" and/or countless situations they have never actually been in?

I started really "sarging" (we call it adventure time) when my roommate found the blueprint, the jeffy show, mystery method etc. I found these forums about a week ago and already from the dialogue on here I've picked up lots. It sounds like me and you joined the forums for the same reasons though- to improve on what we already know and have been trying and get feedback from outside sources. I dont know why you would want to make up hypothetical scenarios when there are HBs everywhere :)

that's what i'm sayin man, it just seems that there's so many people on these forums that want to offer advice which is awesome but what i've always been taught is. If it looks like bull shit, smells like bull shit, feels like shit, it probably is bull shit. Not saying everyone on here is a fake but it just seems as though some people want to build a social boost online on some forums and really have no desire to actually go out there and pickup women.

Who cares if anybody here is legit? If I can use the canned advice, or if I learn something from a BS story, then even the fakers are useful.

Kinda agree with this, from what I know all the people that have hung around give solid advice most of the time (occasionally you get some bad advice but you kinda recognize it and appreciate the input).

As for regurgitation I think it is more of an annoying thing than a problem. I recently left Stylelife because I got so sick of people blindly following anything Mystery and Style said. Realistically it is good advice but not always the right advice for the situation (we are not all weird looking guys picking up models in Hollywood).
Also I think the danger is if people blindly follow and give advice no one thinks why this works so nothing progresses, it would be like if no one ever bothered figuring out what electricity was because they could cook without it.

As for going out with guys from the forums I have met lots of people off various forums and the problem is a lot are just not socially right (weird vibes). Can't think of a better way to describe it but after trawling for a bit I have found a couple of cool guys (the type you would do stuff other than sarge with) in most of the cities I go to.

i agree with you minsok to an extent, even if it is a fake story you can learn from it, it's just when some people come on here not having any knowledge of how to be "socially accepted" they get told advice from someone else who is just as knowledgeable as they are. I'm not really complaining about it, i guess this was more of a threat to try and see who the real guys are that actually go out there and do stuff.
