They end up breaking up, but before hand she was super flirty
with me. To the point it kinda makes me uncomfortable. And I told her
I liked her, and she was still flirty with me. Told me we would have to see

she doesn't see anything happening. She's still stuck on my friend. Well
my friend is a loser haha. He's totally using her and im trying to get this girl as
my gf. But anyways its kinda pathetic and even she admits it's pathetic.
He took her to the movies after they broke up. And basically begged her in the theatre, like begged her for a hand job. and ended up jizzing all over his shirt. and just walked out hhahaha.But anyways she still flirty, and says she likes him. What do i do?

I'm going to ask that you try to write your posts a bit more carefully in the future, this one was pretty unclear and I had to read it about 8 times to get what I think is my understanding of it.

First off, calling your friend a loser is not cool. You should respect your friends and their relationships, even if they are a bit of an AFC. However, you have already made a couple mistakes from what I can see so far. You told that girl that you liked her, which is not a strong PUA route. Really, this attraction should be sub-communicated through your interactions with her, making the attraction more intoxicating instead of stale by just telling her. Joking with her about how pathetic your friend is really decreases your social value, and you should have stuck up for him. You are supplicating to her in more than one way and she will have picked up on this.

If you're settling for your friend's girlfriend and want her to the point of making fun of him, I'll take a guess that you rarely approach girls and you just saw your opening and did what you thought you could to get her to fuck you. Obviously, this won't work. She's playing with you and not in the sense you want.

Go to a coffee shop today and start introducing yourself to women, ask them a question then tell them a short story and say goodbye. This is a good start.
