Why would there be a difference? If a girl is nervous around you, she cares what you think, ergo she's generally interested in you...unless you are making her really uncomfortable, and I mean REALLY uncomfortable. You'll be able to sense the uncomfortable. So I'd say the nervousness is an IOI in itself.
