For day game, I have trouble with sets with more than 2 people. I have no problem with 1 sets, but when it comes to 2 and especially more than that I seem to not be innovative with my conversations and lose any momentum I build up. Any suggestions on how to improve?

Another problem is my friend. From what I can see he seems like a Natural with good kino; he doesn't know about PUA. The thing is, he boxes me out of conversations. I'm not sure if he's doing it on purpose, but he positions his body in a way that blocks any eye contact with the girls, eg. we're all sitting down in a row and i'm on the edge, so when he talks he moves shoulders outwards. At the same time, he's been establishing himself as the Alpha of the group, which makes me the AFC. How could I knock him down a notch without looking desperate?

I would ask how I could change my first impression on these girls but I suppose the answer would be to step up my game and show them a change.

Thanks in advance :)

Tell him about his bad habit and that you would like him to stop. Tell him you can't help reinforce him nor give him the chance to wing you if he keeps blocking you out.

As for opening and staying in sets bigger than 1 person....you need to build up your confidence; are you worried what the other people might think?

I was thinking of an approach in the set because instinctively he could do it again. If I told him in set I guess that could work.

No, I'm not worried about how others view me. I suppose my confidence could be higher, but I don't feel like I lack the confidence to maintain in those bigger sets. It's more like I can't think of quality topics for large groups. This could be connected with my confidence but I can't tell...
