alright after dating and going out with a girl for 6 months I am now single...she didnt treat me well so I broke it off. Now I need to get back to my old self! I need to be the PUA I was before and get over her! help me out! tell me some of your experiences with the same situation? or give me advice on how to move on and get back to my old self?

hey dark one! about a month ago i got out of an 8 mnth relationship. First i spent a lot of time going out with friends after this and even reconnecting with old friends. I met new people as well, this probably helped the most, i even joined a wingmen group on the website www.meetup.com. The key is definitly meeting new people including men, this way you can try new things go new places and potentailly meet new girls, i was even lucky enough to meet people at cafes (i am a cafe junky) who were also into the whole pua deal. i'm proud to say that even after a horrible fucking girl situation i was in, for the past month i have been getting better then i always have been with women, i dating a brazilian hb 9 and tomorrow have a date (with whom i'm probably going to kiss close with) a hb 9.5. before my girl most of the women i was screwin with were hb 7 and 8's. So in the long run if you take a little initiative this whole experience might provide you with the drive and incentive to make your life and life skills a step higher. Good Luck Brother!!
