Naturally I tend to sweat a lot. Whenever I get nervous I start to sweat and it really annoys me and makes me very uncomfortable. Is there anyway I can calm myself down or treat this?

In terms of calming down it will come with time, I used to sweat like a mofo in set. In terms of ways of stopping it cut out antiperspirants (wow thats hard to spell) and deodorants. Trust me on this one use scented shower gels and cut out that stuff.

For ages I would sweat so would add more and you clog your pores with so much crap your body tries to sweat it out. So yeah scented shower gels in the place of deodorant and cologne if you need a boost (which if you are generally clean and not being massively active is unlikely).

Also if that doesn't work use roll ons (preferably women's) they tend to have a better consistency than the male liquid ones.

some tips i can offer you are

start dressing more appropriately for the weather or to where you are going

If your going outside and its hot, or wherever your going and its a little warm
just rock a t shirt and shorts or jeans. You shouldn't sacrifice feeling good/comfortable just to look cool.

another tip is wear deodorant i recommend mitchum myself I use it and i give it two thumbs up

wear undershirts

after coming inside wet down your face and dry with a towel to keep cool

drink lots of water! water regulates your body temperature and keeps you nice and cool

just learn to relax! there;s loads of relaxation techniques out there check some of them out

hope some of these tips come of use

I never thought about it like that....
I always though of going with no deoterent will help my control myself... it did but the hole clogging up thing..

Personal I use axe or calogin or somthing anymore.. no deoterent...
Being abel to control your reactions in situations is cool...but when its hot what can ya do...
