| I have the same Dilemma as you man, I've been experiment with some tactics and they all work pretty well, it just depends on your follow up.
I wish I could give you a lot of solid tactics/methods but it all depends on certain factors,
-where you meet your target
-how often you see your target
-your relationship to the target
Since this is High School, You'll see this person for pretty much your whole high school experience, And plus I doubt they're at School to "hook up and have a good time" unlike when people go to clubs.
You can try this, i've been using it a lot, it works with pretty much every high school girl:
(for passing by in the halls)
make eye contact with the target for more then 3 seconds, smile, Bring your hand up slowy, Then pretend to fire an imaginary gun while saying "Bang"
the target will probably do one of 3 things,
-Fire back
-Pretend to be shot and play along
-Just stare at you.
( if this happens.. just smile and walk on.. nothing ever happend hehe.. )
From they're you can say
"You know, what you just did now tells me a lot about you"
Then you can go on and on for example
"Because you fired back it means your a creative person and very laid back, (etc). I know this because I've been taking (Personality Reading) lessons "
*note I did not make this one up, someone else did, although I can't remember who)**
By now she'll probably be interested in you and ask if you know any other things. You have her attention now, which is a good thing. You can choose to do some DHV'ing, Negging, Fluff, etc which ever you prefer. I put a (false) time constraint at this time. Most high school girls have (some what) innocence in them so you have to be a little bit direct I find. After I've done that I use a routine I came up with:
Tell her you can read her subconscious / personality by tracing shapes on her hand, She'll give you her hand. Now tell her to close her eyes and relax. Trace a Triangle, say this is shape number 1. Trace a Circle, say this is shape number 2, Trace a Heart (Slower then the other times) and say this is shape number 3. Ask her now to put the shapes in an order from which felt the best to which felt the worse.
Most likely the order will be: 3,1,2, But they change depending on the girl...
Now say:
#2 was a circle, it represents your own circle of friends. Because it was ranked last it means you are very friendly and comfortable around people. (elaborate if you wish)
#1 was a triangle. It represents you and your surroundings. Because it was ranked second it means you like to hang out in comfortable places (like a coffee shop) but be adventurous at the same time.
#3 Was a heart. It represents your love potential. You ranked it number one, that means many things. It means your a very loving person and caring too. You love to spend time with loved ones and they love spending time with you. *Your the type of person that would make a great kisser and be good in bed, (this phrase is optional)*. And most importantly, you will meet a person who could be a potential lover, if not you have already met them already.
During this time make a little eye contact, don't make it so obvious or else it will Look like a HUGE SOI
Even though I said you need to be a little Direct With most high school girls it doesn't mean you have to send huge SOI's. At this time wait for her reaction talk for a little then remind her about your time constraint and that you should get going now. From what you do now is up to you. You can say,
"Hey if you'd like I could tell you more about you another day" which ever you prefer. Number closes are Ideal (its high school...)

Trust me, you will see the target again. I mean, she goes to your school! haha
On your second meet, well that's all up to you. If you can, make some Sexual Attraction... if you can with a high school girl.
