just say the same things, except; say the nice things with a deadpan expression so they think you're sarcastic, and say the mean things with a cheeky grin, so they know you're only kidding. 8)

Dude it is different.
Not every one has the same sense of humor.
But fakes are always cool.

I gauge my negs on their attitude. If they are playful and have a good personality, my negs are light and fun. If they are snotty, bratty, snobs who think the world should bow at their feet, I make sure my negs are nasty.
