At my job, I work on the sales floor, and whenever I look up, I catch one of the cashiers looking at me. But if she sees me noticing her, she'll turn her head. I'm always catching her out of the corner of my eye, looking at me. She has been doing this for a long time now. But, she has a boyfriend, who works in the same place by the way, and she has a lot of people she socializes with.

However, I never make any attempt at showing any interest. I don't really look at her even. Could this be the reason?

If a girl knows that all the guys want her, and she notices that you never pay any attention to her, and she is always looking at you when she gets the chance, does this mean that she likes you? A possible IOI?

Go and talk to her man. Keep it casual and u dont want to show any interest. And see where it goes
