Okay, quick question; I was talking to this bird the other day, and it turns out the she knows my ex girlfriend. The said ex cheated on me, would it be DLV if she were to find out about this? Any way to turn it around?

Yes it is a potential DLV. There's not much you can do about that. The good news is, it's not going to come up when you're building rapport with her unless you bring it up. When it does actually come up, play the victim role and use it as a moment of intimate disclosure to make her feel like you're sharing with her a personal part of yourself.
