Whenever i see a girl a get a bad feeling and thousands of thoughts start running through my head, i think its psychological. Girls are the first to send me iois and then i noticed that i dont send any back and then theres that weird silence. I try to send iois back but i cant think of any. I went to go get a haircut yesterday and this really attractive girl did my hair and as she was doing it she kept on asking my questions and i just answered them i didnt even ask her any questions maybe just like 2 or 3 because i was nervous, and this doesnt happen to other ladys that work there usually i have them laughing and i always have a good conversation but when i see an attractive girl I just get all nervous. Help me please.

It's normal, it's just approach anxiety. Everyone gets it. The only way to deal with it is to feel the fear, but do the right thing anyway. The more times you have conversations with women and nothing bad happens, the less and less intensely you will feel that fear.
