talk about a movie you saw recently.

talk about some stupid shit you and your friends did recently

Take a class in oral presentation. Take a class in creative writing. Join a drama club. Join any type of a social club. Read books, pick up some hobbies. Go out and meet people. Travel this summer. Take a year off and travel the World. No Money? There are millions of people who do this who begin with only a plane ticket. . . Find out how. Learn to play an instrument or two. Learn a foreign language. Think up a business idea, even if it only earns you some spending money during the summers. Go for an all day bike ride alone on a random Sunday. Ride through towns you've never been to, ride through spots of your own town you've never been to. Say hello and converse with the old guys in your town you see all the time, but never bother to relate to.

Strike up a conversation with the janitor of your school. Strike up a conversation with you teachers, after class is over. Hang out at the local bike shop, local tackle shop, local hardware store, local library. Meet and befriend the people of your town that makes your town your "town".

There is no such thing as "I run out of things to say." If this is a simple case of a lack in story telling skills, my first advice above will solve everything. Otherwise, go get yourself a life first. You can't host a barbecue with no meat.
