Hi folks.I work in an office environment. I have this chick my age at work HB8 and 27 YO, who I have known for about 2 years. I was her boss for about 18 months of those and was not in any position to pull any moves. but I have since moved to another work team , however I still work in the same area. Anyway I hosted a successful work party about 6 weeks ago, at the time this chick was single, anyway we flirting and kino on couch, etc etc, everything appeared to be going well until the end of the night when I think I may have pushed too hard (few too many beers).........

ME: do you wanna crash on the couch to save you from catching a taxi?
HER: Nah Im going to head off
ME: are you sure? I will take you home in the morning!
HER: Nah Im going to go, sorry.(sympathec tone)

Anyway, now she has a b/f and according to a mutual friend of ours "she likes guys she cant have"

Since seeing her at work (we see eachother about once a week at work), Basically I thought fuck it, I just pretended nothing happened and have not paid much attention to her since, but I have stepped up the social networking with all the others in the office. Now it seems as though she is craving attention again, she kept looking at me the other day, I busted her twice.

Anyway, Where do I take it from here? and how should I have played this differently?

Invite her and her b/f on a double date. Have a good ass time, and befriend her b/f while not paying much attention to her. When you do pay attention to her make sure to NEG NEG NEG. This should drive her crazy.
