The passive game isn't "game" at all. Girls who purposely ignore or take longer to reply rank fairly low in the "game knowledge" department. By taking this route, what they are saying is that their vagina is their only tool. Fairly boring . . . any guy who goes under the thumb of a girl through the "vagina take away" move should be considered a eunuch as any self-respecting pua should be aware that the vagina market is of the commodity variety.
As a PUA, you should consider opting for an "active" demonstration of your level of fun. Demonstrate how much of your awesomeness she is missing with her passiveness.

Her: (On Thurs) The _____ club might sound OK.
You: (Directly after her text) Oops . . . sorry, I already made other plans but I'll call you next week.

You: (Wed) There's a ____ festival on Saturday. I hear it'll be a blast.

You: (Directly after her text) No, Jimmy and I decided to go snowboarding instead. Maybe check out the ____ club next time.
The frame is "You are caring enough to reply to her directly and surely interested in her but you're not going to slow down your life due to her lame act." It's "Get with the program or have fun twiddling your thumbs at home . . ."
