To make this quick, easy and painless - Just exude a personality that is bright and luminescent, charismatic and brash, confident yet intelligent. Make it fun for her just to be near you. The experiences you two have will override your perceived issue in the looks department. Next time ask specifics, it definitely will pay more dividends.
