Now what should I do, I feel like I got shut down and acted afc by being willing to drive 15 min at 2 in the morning for sex.
Should I do anything? Am I overreacting?

I really want to txt something like, 'that was a bad idea last night, it's what happens when I get woke up in the middle of the night'

I would tell her "your comming to lunch we me be ready by 1" immediately but the problem is, I'm so effing busy with work it's difficult for me to do anything except for next saturday or sunday.

I'm thinking about txting. "We would be hanging out right now if I didn't have so much work"

2nd question, If you know that you won't be hanging out with them, what is the best course to take. (Assuming you want to hang out with them another time but can't for whatever reason that night)

Tell them yeah, I want to hang out, then come up with a excuse later.

or just be honest from the start and say you aren't going. (Isn't so easy cause it basically tells them u don't want to hang out that badly)
