when you got one itis you feel like shit and so you have a good question there so as not to get it again.
The above answer is pretty sound. Increase your social activity and new women will come onto the scene without much sweat. It is so easy to fixate or obsess on some chick when you havent many options but as soon as you know that you are hot as shit and that you are the prize then this problem will tend to come up less.
