A woman likes to be lead. I get the impression that your giving off this friend vibe and once in that zone, it's very hard to get out of. Been there.
Kino and push pull, I think you should start there if you haven't, hell, that should have been done within the first 5 minutes but still do it if you want to move it foward. Ask her to join you outside of just the lessons or better yet,tell her you need to go get some strings at your local music shop and have her come along. Bring her into your world, DON'T ROTATE AROUND HERS!
You HAVEN'T kino'd yet, get her to the store OR when showing her a lesson at home, show some complex notes, tell her she is not getting it, place your fingers on hers...That's a start, once your really comfortable, get behind her as if I.e. showing her how to bat, but with the guitar. It's bold, but you can try it, definately throw in,,,DONT GET ANY IDEAS GIRLY or something playful.
