I was wondering if it is effective to use kino before even talking to a girl about anything.

I often touch or hold a girl's elbow briefly initially to get her attention before I speak to her. It's always seemed more personable than touching her shoulder. But beyond that point we are already speaking.

yes, touching is a good way to raise attraction levels

its better to touch the girl right away
and then as more meetings with her occur escalate
