okay im jsut getting back in the game after a 4 month hiatus, at my peek i was with many girls a week and amazing at sex.... now i have fallen into a slump and NEED HELP, i havnt had sex in over 2 months and i cant even game anymore im a poor excuse right now, not to mention my last few sexual preformances sucked BALLS, i didnt last long and am now a premature ejaculator and i cant get girls off from fingering or eating them out anymore, please help in any or all aspects i REALLY NEED IT. im very desperate here guys my life is in termoil. please lend me some plowing routines so i can build my confidence back and start getting laid again and being good at it. so any type of routines or sexual advice PLEASE

Well, routines aren't going to help you my friend. Your problem is, you are validating your life through women. You are deciding wether you are happy or not from wether you are getting laid or not man. I've been there. Its ok, you need to change your life. You need to find happiness with your life AS IT IS NOW.. women or not. When you can truly accept the now and learn to be content with how it is, thats when you want to worry about women. Women can read a mans mental issues within the first like 2 mnutes of tALKING to him. Its subconscious. It goes far beyond routines. Routines are only a very thin sheer of game people use to cover a giant hole. and thats what the women will see once the routines and lines are finished with and your true person comes out.... Be happy and content with your life how it is. You have to approach women when you feel you wanna have fun. Not to get laid or be happy. This is when you do your best work. Your most favorable approaches.

i agree with most of what you said, and i am happy with my life..really i am, i have fun do fun things and like to be the center of attention, but i really agree with you on validating myself through women, i dont know really how to explain it other then at times i feel needy like i need a woman, not a GF or anyhting just a woman, and from my past tales my friends always look to me and expect to just have them lined up and its not like taht anymore i dont know how i fell off the podium but i did......

I know what you mean. Im in a kinda fucked up situation myself. Sometimes I would go out and I would be with 1-3 (sometimes more) girls every weekend. But know (last 5 months).. I make out with one girl in 3-5 weeks .. that sucks. I dont know why is that. And I really need that feeling that i can have her/them.
My mood also depends on how many girls I had this weekend, how many girls were checking me out this day (that didnt change ) etc.
