What should I say to a girl when she says "Hey you have small hands for a guy."

Now I know that this may be a IOD or her own way of negging me. I just ended up saying you have big eyes.

Anything I should come back with?

Experienced this last weekend, some girl was telling me I had skinny arms (I'm a skinny guy).
I told her she had fat thighs.

But anyways, I've been thinking about it for this last week, and the only response I've come up with is to bust on her for being shallow and only caring about looks.

I've had girls tell me I have small ears.

A lot of times people point things out with no particular motive; simply because they notice something out of the ordinary. I wouldn't take it personal, or act like it's a big deal at all.

I agree with dmacfour most women will just try to find something to talk about. Most girls bring up the scars on my arms and hands (76 odd, clumsy child/adult) but you just have to keep chatting or use it. For example;
Her:you have small hands.
You: What are you talking about? these are man-hands. Lets see you hands then missy

Or if you feel they are trying it as a shit test etc just descend the conversation into farce. Such as
her: you have skinny arms
You: wow wow wow its not the size that counts its what you do with it.

that would be a good comeback but hopefully she asks what you do with your arms, then the fun begins. You can tell her you come from a family of chimney sweeps and you have been using selective breeding to make sure you can keep up with the varying trends in chimney dimensions.

Anything stupid and weird will throw her completely off course and makes it easy to control the conversation and take it in a more sexual direction.

"You know what they say about people with big hands/small hands/pointy ears...etc (insert something witty here, and if feeling comfortable enough, something with sexual connotations)"
