In most PUA forums // books, the skills are mainly focused on how to pick up a good-looking girl, or say, a more self-confident girl. What if I want to pick up a less confident one? Does the principle of "cooling" still work? Are "neg" still useful?

With people that are less confident "negs" are going to be hurtful to that person. They are likely to take your stronger frame and negging as a sign of you not liking them, because they aren't emotionally strong enough to deal with it. They perceive their value to be low anyways so why bring it lower with negs?

You can still use things like light disqualifiers and disinterested body language to create push pull effects but you have to be careful to calibrate it. With women like this I tend to be more direct so that it's clear what my intentions are.

with these type of women you can use negs but make sure they are harmless negs!!

For example you meet a hb 9 who has low self confidence....you say somthing like "you have somthing in your hair" then pick it out....or "Is that your real hair color?". They might have low confidence but they still know they are good looking my friend.

negs work on all women as long as you know how to use them....but If you walk around chirping women then they wont work lol a neg is a neg not an insult....its just a tactic that shows you dont care what people think, and you not hiting on her....your not trying to be a dick.

also be bold with these women....by this I mean tell them you are taking them on a date ect....they are shy and want to be led.
