Okay, so I have this girl I am friends with. We had a bit of chemistry and I played it very aloof with her. It went really good and we were having a lot of fun. Finally one night I f-closed her and it was great!

After I didnt pursue at all b/c I know the type of girl she is that if a guy pursues her she will withdraw completely. She has told me time and time again that guys get weird with her after sex.

So anyways, we have hung out a few times since but not much action. Her bday was a few weeks ago and I was planning to take her to dinner. She flaked and wouldnt commit to a time to get together later. I pretty much just blew her off after that and she left town for a week or so.

So the other day I txt her again to get together and she says she will get in touch when she gets back. Well she never does and today I was eating lunch in her neighborhood so txt her again.

Me: 'what you doin for lunch? in your neighborhood today'
(much later she responds)Her: 'sorry. just got message. phone was on vibrate.
Me: 'c'est la vie. lunch tomorrow?'
Her: 'work double tomorrow'

So what now? I really like her as a friend but she is being even more aloof than before we had sex. I dont want to look like a AFC with this girl and she has blocked me at every turn. I was doing much better with her before the sex. I cant tell if she got weird or if it was me. I dont know if she is waiting for me to pursue her or what. I just dont know.

It seems like she is blowing you off.

I would wait a while before txt ing her again, you don't want to constantly be the one starting the convos. Or give her a call or meet up, it's easier to gauge how shes feeling by voice tonality then it is with a txt msg.

I would suggest that you show her that you are going to stick around despite already having fucked her.

If you know of something she likes to really do. Say that you are going to do 'x', and she should tag along if she wants to have fun

Good advice, thanks. One thing about this girl is that she likes me being assertive. However, if I say Im doing something and say she should come along like you suggested, she will call me out on making an assumption that she is coming. Even with her tough edge, she wants to be asked out formally.

Example: I was going to a bball game and sent a text saying pick you up at 6. She responded and asked for what and I said bball game. She responded and asked if that was really how I was asking.

I think she pretends to be tough but she wants a little romance and being treated like a woman. Its all good and I have no problem making up for it. If it happens I usually send her an overboard request to go out and make it a joke. It works.

Anyways, shes a tough nut to crack. I think I can keep it going but you are right that I shouldnt start any more convo's other than another request later to meet up. I may just back off completely again and see what she does. It seems like I am getting blown off but Im not goin to act like I care.
