The first is that of the person who accepts that thanks to technology you can contact practically anyone at any time and should be able to receive some kind of response within five minutes unless the person is dead.
The other is the person who when they are contacted see that as a cue to call/text/e-mail a person back within a three hour to three day period assuming they don't forget or get bogged down with other stuff, but still may sincerely have interest in the person who contacted them.
My question is how do you distinguish the second type of person from one who has no interest at all?
