hey for the past week or so i have been stuck in AFC mode
I mainly say it is due to the fact that i broke up
but i been trying to get my game back on
i find it very easy to number close a girl
but recectly my AFC mode has slowly been creeping back
i been trying to keep my mind busy and not try to work myself up about it too much

i also have the stress of exams and coursework to be due in soon
i might put the game to one sind now and get on with my studies as it is more important then after that i can game all i want afterwards

any advice to get myself out of this stupid mode

Hey dude, In the same situation, maybe just in permanent RAFC mode though.

There was a time was depressed or something, and totally shut off socially, I got better.

Then I started doing more inner game, approaches, flirting etc.

After awhile, I chickened out got AA again, and now am feeling shit useless as well.

I guess the important thing is to handle what ever you can handle, pass your exams, hang out with friends, settle all other problems before you get ready to go sarging again, but when you do, you know you can spend some time on it.

That sucks about breaking up man, I hope it goes well for you. To be honest, the whole reason for me getting my game back is because of girl I just broke up with who has inspired me onto the path I am on now.

What helps me is to think of goals. It sounds like something a parent would tell you, but make a list of goals and priorities. For me, my goals are listed as big goals, then micromanaged into smaller more, easier to accomplish goals. My list looks something like this:

1. School
-Do well on exams which means:
+Study
+Go to class
-Keeping a positive attitude which keeps me interested

2. Water Polo
-I want to go to Nationals next fall
+Be the best player on the team
-Strong legs, fast swimmer, good ball handling.

3. Show women how truly magnificent they are to me
-Work on PUA skills
+Practice in field
+Don't get discouraged when something doesn't go my way. Take a step back and analyze mistakes.

Etc, etc. The point is that by making a list like this, it forces you to write down your goals which is the important part. It will give you drive and initiative in your life. I hope this helps you because it helps me a lot. Best of luck to you mate, I hope you can get outta this slump.
