You probably need to slow down a bit and watch how animated you are being. When girls see happy go lucky guys that are overly animated they immediately stereotype "gay" in their minds. Try to cut your animations in half and see how you do.
Put your thumbs just inside your pant pockets to prevent from using your hands so much if absolutely necessary.
