Im in Dusseldorf right now, and went out early today...nobody speaks english :( ...do i just have to keep on trying until i find girls who speak english? what do you think i should open with?

Location: Southern Cali, hit up for pickup
in my experience of foriegn people, most know at least basics of english
so open with "hello, i am 'whatever' and i want a place to eat"
just any opener like that
or what is good to see
just things like that
and talk slowly, like very very slowly lol
