i tx a girl who i've not been speakin to much lately pretending i'd seen a girl who looked just like her and smacked them on the bum only for it not to be her when she turned around. i said the girl thought it was funny and could be her twin they look so alike. now she's asked me if i got her number, and my instinct is to give a witty reply evading the answer. should i say i have or havent and why, or stick with my instinct?

hmm interesting idea. she's definitely testing you by asking you if you got the number. I wouldn't say that I asked for the number, or even got it. If she asks you why not say you didn't feel the need to. If you tell her that you did ask for the number, you're suggesting that she's attractive (because they look alike) and that you just try to get the numbers of girls you don't know. If you tell her she gave you her number without you asking, it may sound like bragging.

If you wanted to go C/F instead then you could say she just gave you her number. anyways best of luck and I hope this made sense cause I'm half asleep right now haha

Along the same lines, say something about how impossible it would be to deal with TWO of her.
