Hi guys,

Just wanted to share my first success in getting rid of AA as I have recently started my journey to be a PUA and everyone has been really supportive here and I have spent about three weeks reading most post in the forum.

I am normally really scared of approaching women directly but today at work I popped out for a cigarette and there was a HB7 standing near me, she looked at me and smiled and I returned the smile and we looked at each other in a flirty way and then I looked away and ignore her (did I neg her?) then she looked desperate to grab my attention back but I completely ignored her until I finished my cigarette and just walked next to her as she was in the way to the door and made a comment about the weather which she replied back to looking a bit nervous. After that I just left.

I know it doesn’t sound like a big think for many of you here but for me represents a big step in starting to approach girls more confidently and I am sure I will bump into her another day 

Would love any feedback on this. I am determined to become good with women.

yet remember its like jumping into cold water. dont look, just leap. next time she makes eye contact, say hi. If she just smiles, she might not be interested. If she replies, start a conversation.

Excellent! A lot of us have been in your position and know that this can be a big step. And she didn't bite your head off, or growl at you or even block you. She responded politely. Hopefully you'll be able to start an actual conversation soon.
