Did I act too needy? How do you counter accidental needy behavior after you done it?

First of all I'm going to give some background information. This girls was from my school and I had her contacts here but I never really cared to talk to her. Recently I decided to game her (why not? She's hot and single).

So, I've been talking online with her and building lots of comfort. I tried to invite her 2 times to go out with me, but she always had something to do.

Ok. Then I decided to freeze her out to punish that behavior. I stopped entering MSN for 1 day and she texted me:
"Where are you?"

Then I texted her:
"I've been busy with friends, uni and work. But I'll go watch a movie on Saturday. You should go too."

And she texted me back:
"what? Will you only appear on Saturday? Yeah.. forget your friends."

Then I texted back:
"Yeah... I'll be at the mall on Saturday. But if you really miss me that bad and can't sleep if don't talk to me before Saturday we can schedule a meeting during the week."

And she texted me back:
"Yeah, I DO miss u that bad
That's why I texted you this morning... did u get my msg?"

She indeed texted me and the message was:
"Yeah... disappear more " with such sacarstic tone.

Then on Thursday I called her giving the details and saying I was going to the movies with friends and she should tag along. She said she would go if ther father could take her there by car.
And she asked what was going on because I disappeared. I said I was busy and also that I didn't have much time for virtual friends, and that most people usually meet me in person.

Then yesterday I entered MSN and she came to talk to me saying that she did a body piercing. And asked me what kind of piercing I liked better (she gave me 2 options). And I said that I'd have to see to give a realistic opinion.

Then we started chatting, lots of fluffy talk making her laugh a lot and it led to this conversation: PS: Original conversation not in english. Translation may make it lose some meaning.

The pics she says are the pics of her body piercing her friend would send her.

And finally today morning (the day she would see me if her father could take her there by car): I still not answered (I'm offline).

Sorry for the long post. I tried to make it more detailed as possible so you guys can give me good opinions.

I'm deciding what to do. I'll probably not care anymore and only go meet her if she comes with this idea first.

Before you say I should not be gaming kids, she's not a kid. She's 20 and I'm 21. Yeah... I don't know why she can't take the bus. But maybe she's playing with me.
