| I have been thinking back on my conversational topics with friends or acquaintances so far and my self feedback hasn't been good. I usually go along the line of Jobs, Study, the Recession etc. Not really good at building rapport at all. And with my close friends, besides the occasional philosophy debate, it's usually, stuff about nothing in the vein of 'Dude/Sweet' and "You the Man, no you the man" or movies, music etc.
Here are some I came up with, any addition to this list would be welcomed
Just Met/ Acquaintances
Situational, current events, music, movies, food
Day 2-Dating/ Friends
Family, Friends, work, DHV stories, travel, music, movies, food, personal stories.
In a Relationship/Close Friends
Anything deep if they are into it, sex, current events, ???the mundane???, kids, marriage, jobs, future plans.
