Posts: 1 | | About 5 years ago I met an amazing girl, she had a boyfriend... though the chemistry between us was clear from the moment I met her.
We saw each other a few times when out with friends, then did'nt see each other for a year... when we met again she was working in a record shop near my house and was no longer with her boyfriend.
I took her to lunch a few times etc then we started hanging out alot.
i was young and totaly unaware of how to attract a woman on any level plus my drug habit was effecting my confidence.
We never were an item officically and she was gaming me more than i her...
we were 'together' for about a year.
i could'nt work out why she did'nt like me as much as i liked her.
Her friends told me to be 'aloof' so i ignored her for a week... well guess what... she moved on.
I took it pretty badly and have had a series of unfulfilling relationships and sexual partners over the past 3 years... she taught me alot about the game the hard way...
To cut a long story short... about 2 years ago she started a band and now they are pretty famous... just when i thought i had got over her, i'm surrounded by images of her in magazines, music channels.. in my dreams...
I am a pretty popular, good looking guy (or so i have been told by women)
I'm more confident than most in social situations...
But i get terrible anixety around beautiful women...
Any advice on how to get rid of this unwanted obsession and get my confidence around women where it should be?

Posts: 398 | | Hey Strat,, sorry to hear that things went down like that. We call it a game and it indeed is a game. But even that can be misleading. You didn't get the girl, did you lose? Fu$k no, don't think of it in those terms. It just didn't happen. If it was going to happen, it probably would have happened but it didn't. If you tried again in five years, probably same results.
It's not a reflection of your skills with HB10s, it's a reflection of the chemisty with one girl. And it wasn't there. You could have run the same exact game with other HB's and had had mixed results. That's how the chips fall.
If you want to increase your confidence with women, increase your confidence with yourself. Dude, you qualified with a real hottie. She's on magazine covers! You ought to be proud of that! The same exact thing happened to me. I had a girl on music videos. Braggin rights for life!!!!
Oneits tells us that there is no other girl like this one. That's bullshit.
You're on the right track though. Get that confidence going.
