my newbie question relates to one-itis. i like this girl i went to school with in my senior year but we didnt become close till a year later when i ran into her again by luck on a train. we've since gone out a few times just us drinking and dancing and stuff, and ive stayed over hers once but nothing happened. since reading all the stuff about ioi's i realise i get them from her but ive always thought she just wanted to b friends (she never said so tho), we hung out valentines day, nothing special tho just got indian food. ive tried getting over her and cant. does it sound like i should try gaming her and if so how would it best be done? this is my biggest sticking point in the past has been recognising ioi's now that im aware of them more and seeing them from this girl im not sure how to proceed in case its just wishful thinking. any help?

If she has not told you that she just wants to be friends, then you should
definitly try something with her to see if she is open to your advances.

If she is not, and she does not give you the LJBF's speech, then she just
needs more gaming. As long as you don't hear the LJBF's speech, you are
in a good place right now.

But, if she does give you the speech...

HER: I think we should just be friends (or whatever)
YOU: I'll have to think about that...
(and then change the subject)

If she comes back to it, "you'll have to think about that???"

You just say, "yeah, I'll have to think about being your friend because you
just don't seem like friend material to me, you are dating LTR material
babe.." (smile and wink)
