I'll tell you guys something, "skill is the mother of repitition", anthony robbins said it. If you follow up on NLP, Richard Bandler says that a human brain learns by repitition ( Patterns ). Your brain is a natural pattern finding machine. That is why mystery says 20 sets a day, though i'm sure you can shut it down to less in small towns ( its quality, not quintity)

So that being said, your brain has to be exposed to patterns long enough, BUT IT HAS TO BE QUILITY. It has to be solid, or else what your doing garbage, your brain will throw it out. It has to be one after another, at a certain speed, before you can pick up patterens. Speed is critical as much as quility. Think of something you learned and good at, lets say a speed bag, if you hit it 20 times a day, you'll be pretty bad at it, u'll learn slow, but if you hit it 1000 times a day, with a certian amount of speed, so ur brain can pick up patterns, and your watching quility, your watching which part of ur fist goes what way, you'll gain "skill" ( in time ). The more you practice on skill, the faster you'll learn. So all this is basicly saying, how long do you want it to take to learn? its you who chooses how long it takes to become master.

Richard bandler says when you sleep, everything you learn your brain replays it thousands of times, ur eyes will blink really fast, etc. ( REM ).

Think of it this way, if you watch a movie one frame or 3 frames at a time, will you understand the movie? No ( unless ur me ) Now what if you watch it 60 frames a time, you'll understand it more, what if 5 mins a day, by a month you'll finish the movie and you'll have a pretty good understanding. Richard Bandler used this example, not the same, but pretty much in different words.

So be exposed to opening, enough that ur brain will find patterns, but pay attention on one thing at a time, such as openers, your states ( your mood) stuff like that, work at it one at a time.

And on a side note, make sure you know what your going to say, don't just wing it, visualize on what your going to say, act, and see yourself doing it in your mind, i know alot of you do this, but i know when i was a newbie i just wing'd it, and was quite sloppy. Just something i was thinking about, remember guys, one day our childeren will sing songs of what we're doing now......

But one thing is, knowledge is caught, not given, so i don't think a great majority will understand the value of this, since i paid a great price for this knowledge, it holds very special to me, being that i made so many mistakes on begining pua. ( and no, the price wasn't just 25.99, or the price of books)
