how do you reinitiate the game from the friend zone

Recently I have come across a European girl whom is about an 8. Until recently I have portrayed my social status to that of an AFC gradually conversing with openers and getting countless IOI's but lacking the opportunity for a bounce. So I remain stuck in the friend zone because I can't get her alone. Or for that matter cannot keep her attention because of her friends.

How to I step out of the friend zone and act on these IoI's before its too late?
