Hey guys - jus wanna say big thanks to anyone who has given me advice on this site - - kiss and number closed my 1st hb10 on friday! she was a girl that id known for a while that i was really into. A Friend 2 Girlfriend typ of thing. I jus Kino'd loads and she kino'd back etc...

I was talkin to her last night and she said she was up for meeting up during the week. jus wondering if theres any major do's and dont's. I think I tend to fuck up durin this stage by comin on to strong - - I read somewhere you should end the date early if its going well etc... and should i maybe act too 'busy' the days following it...??

Jus any tips to get past the comfort stage.

Yes my friend, here are some tips.

1) Go in expecting nothing, except to have a great time together. Do not expect to fall in love, do not expect to have sex, do not expect her to fall head over heels for you. In fact, the only thing you should expect from her (or from yourself) is that you enjoy the evening.

2) Take care of yourself pre game. Yes, I do mean enjoy your own company...whatever euphemism you wish to use. It will help you chill out, relax, and not be aiming so hard for the end goal.

3) Shower and get ready JUST before you go to meet her. If you can, still have your hair wet. Better yet, workout (ideally, go for a swim) right before you see her, then get ready and go meet her. You will be fresh, warmed up, and look great.

4) Kiss her on the cheek the minute you see her, and don't be afraid to take her hand if it's free.
