Hi, im very new to the game, i bought the mm last weekend after reading neil straus's 'the game,' its opened my world .... already. since i bought the mm ive tried two openers a day. my most successfull to date was one i tried earlier, where i got an 8's number. After baiting her for a while she asked what i'm like. here's what i said.

'im casual but with a bit of spice. this gives me the extra flavour. but don't get me wrong, i dont have so muce flavour that i flatter myself, nor do i lack flavour that makes me boring. what type of person are you?

it worked a treat and gives her so much expectation for her answer, really boosting your 's' and 'r' i really reccomed it. what do you think?

Good on ya mate, for getting into it and feeling good about it.

What you said was ok, seems a bit long winded though.
You could have said:
'Well, lets see how you go describing me in one word'. And then work from what she says.

Yeah, try not to talk about yourself too much. I bought the Mystery Method just the other day myself to boost my game. Most of it was review but I've still learned from it. But yeah, Mystery explains how to cut down stuff like this in the book.
