A girl who wasn't interested would not give off this kind of signal. However she may be hinting you coming across forward/strong.

I don't know, if you flirt too much, women will not take you serious and most likeley won't sleep with you. (Past experiences) They might even like it or flirt back, but will they actually make out with you? Flirting is good, but learn to calibrate it. IF..IF this is your situation. But most likely, if a girl says you like to flirt, its not nececcarily a great thing. lol just telling you from past experiences.
