Did I just get my Ladder switched or did I just get bumped down?

Ill try making Long story short:
Met 3 girls in early oct. DHV-ed alot and the HB one took an interest in me. The following werk she asked me to hangout with her and her friends and we became hang-out buddies from that. HB's friend told me HB was Really into me and i felt it==There was always sexual tension between us .One day (in Nov) she came over for movie and i kissed her, we fooled around abit, she stayed over, but then tells me shes interested in me but isn't over her ex. (Later she changed it to 'i see you as a guy friend who might be something more in the future')

Things starting going down hill from there (I think mostly cuz i let my game too loose after that). Fast forward to now (She started being cold so I've been trying alot of jealousy tactics between when it started going downhill till now, but seems to be of no avail). I spoke with HB's sister and her sister says HB is
1) still not over her ex
2) still looking for someone
3) Doesn't like me, but doesn't want to hurt my feelings. Wants to be friends and bullshit like that

So what do u guys think? Did I just get my Ladder switched or did I just get bumped down?

So if you think i just got bumped down, what do you think I should do to reinitiate the spark? I was thinking of some big freezeouts and continue with the jealousy tactics . Or should i continue gaming her while still employing jealousy tactics (ie:hanging out with other female acquaintances and actively gaming other females on facebook for HB to see) ?
