tips for party

Ok lets say your rolling to a party with some buddies or maybe its at a buddies house and u see girls who r either already there or just coming in. How should u handle this. Should u go approach them off the bat and introduce yourself and shake there hands or kinda just play it chill and eventually maybe go try to start a convo? Just looking to improve my games at parties so if anyone has some good tips let me here them.

The 3 Second Rule applies unless there's something preventing you from immediately approaching, such as an activity which requires focus that would cause irritation if interrupted. However, as soon as the person takes a break from that activity, you should approach.

The reasons for the 3 Second Rule are: you don't give yourself the time to talk yourself out of it, you don't seem like a creepy guy who stares at a girl for a long time before approaching, and you don't seem insecure or not confident.
