Dont worry to much about opening, she allrdy knows u. Just approach and say "Hey there , wow its been ages since i last saw you , how have u been? or a hey how are u?" If what your friend old ya is true , it is crucial to intiate contact, show her u are not afraid to talk to her.
What to talk to her about ? its been 10 years , there is tons of things u can talk about , dont try to get to much subjects from the forum, being spontanious and just yourself always appears less "fake".
Since she probably wont be looking for a relationship dont offer her one, offer her and yourself a good time , and whatever happens, happens. (there is no point in hiding that u like her, but dont lay it on to strong)
Dont mind the other guy, granted dont let him mess with u. But avoid making it appear a competition at all times. ( bet it sounds obvious , but these things escalate rly quick )
