i was with this girl off and on for a year. i was a pussy. she cheated on me and i still cant get over her. i need help getting over her. and i'm so jealous that she has a new boyfriend and she always talks about how he's so nice. haha this is really stupid but i cant get over her and she's a bitch

Yeah friend, she's not worth your time. And the sad part is, that through your behavior you lost her.. you acted too beta. By WANTING her, you exuded that vibe to her and it lowers your standing in her eyes.
Take some time off to re-examine your life and your goals. Read up on some new PUA material and get out there as a new man!

3. take another look at her.
4. if shes still as appealing to you then go back to step two and repeat as many times as nessacary

the way you explained it makes a lot of sense. your advice just might have helped me get over m one-itis. being sad over some girl is stupid and that energy should be used toward getting a new girl. i'm now one-itis free.
