So guys I was wondering how do you think we could use our ipod touch's and cell phones as dhv's? wingmans?etc... Because im gettin and ipod touch today. so what do yall suggest? putting pictures on there? other things?also what bout with cell phones.

I personally think its pretty AFC to impress a girl with a gadget. Maybe if you get all your friends to watch a video around you on your ipod and they all laugh it could be something... but I don't use electronic things to impress girls or DHV's , cause it prooves nothing about yourself, but that you know how to buy an ipod. I mean it could be funny to show a funny video but... i don't see where it could get you...

those are the last thing to worry about..


everyone and there brothas motha has an ipod and cell phone.. that means your just like every other guy out there.. i wuld suggest keepin them in ur pocket

it comes off as cocky bragging. but i have a moto Q. its a cool pda nothing that fancy and about 1 1/2 old but i still get "wow cool phone" just about everytime i pull it out. my come back is "thanks but its actually a pda" with a smile. then i usally get a playful punch or a "whatever" cause they feel embrassed.

Why would you need to use gadgets? You should be able to rely on your charm, regardless of your monetary state (which is all these things would indicate)

Makes you look materialistic. And even more, it looks like you're hiding behind the gadget. Don't hide behind some electronic device. It can show that your confidence is nothing more than a thin veneer of silicon and copper. But if she compliments it, at least you got that.

Ok well I'm going to asume you're still getting an iPod Touch no matter what anyone here says, so let's work with it instead of tearing the idea of using it down. You don't need to use it to impress girls like most people are thinking you plan on doing.

Take the idea from The Game for example [or don't]: instead of pulling out a camera to show pictures of a trip or family members to DHV, use your iPod Touch. Don't pull it out and be like, "Ohh look at this cool thing I have", in fact, don't call attention to it at all. If you're telling a DHV story or just a story in general, you can use the photos on the iPod Touch to add visuals. If you went mountain climbing for instance, show a picture of you at the top of the mountain. It's Christmas time, so be creative. If you're at a mall or something, talk to a girl about how you are shopping for your niece/little sister/mother, then mention that you happen to have a picture of that person... you can then ask for gift recommendations and now the girl you are talking to has a sense of that person's style.

That's just my two cents... hopefully you can make something of it and modify it to your liking.

i would personaly try and keep the gadgets such a pda etc out it mite come across alittle geeky..... thats my personal view .
