Yo, I have this female friend, who I told at a club that i would never kiss her and she looked upset, and asked me why. I wonder is this because she DOES wants to kiss me or just because she thinks why in the hell wouldnt he kiss me(insecure)? (she's single now for a year or so and hasn't kissed in a long time)

If the stars happen to align and your friend is okay with you macking on his ex girlfriend then I'd say the next time you two were alone bring up the kiss thing again, but show the slightest bit of intrest. The next time she gets touchy feely and gives you some kino say "Man I know I said I'd never kiss you but your making it a little difficult right now, your too cute" with a sly grin. If she gives you that little puppy dog face again throw her some cocky funny (ok well how good of a kisser are you?) and then go in for the kill. I’ve used this same set up (minus the friends ex) many times and it usually works, the beauty is that it’s so playful if she shuts you down you can laugh is off and say that you were just kidding.
