OK so I quickly developed this new "intruduction" opener which is supposed to be a neggy sort of childish joke. I call it the name-slang-opener because in my country there's a lot of unique slang expressions and accents in different parts of the country.
I found it myself to be funny but I'm not so sure how it's received.

This is meant for when you are being introduced and exchanging names.

She: Hi, my name is XXXX
Me: I'm [name]. Wait, XXXX ? I just realized that's a slang expression where I come from.
She: Really ?! Well what does it mean ? (smiles and shows excitement)
Me: Well it's hard to explain, but I can give an example. Two people are discussing some creepy dude from last night. "Did you see that guy there, acting like a complete jerk touching all the women's butts/breasts/whatever?" -"Yeah, that really sucked." -"I know, he was being a real XXXX" (or similar story I make on the go)
She: (laughs, or is like what the hell was that) Is that true ?
(other people probably laughing at her expense)
Me: Laughing and continuing conversation

OK so one just walked directly out the room after doing this, I think she felt insulted even though it's just a tease

I think the story about what the slang means can be modified to something funnier. I do think it is a clever opener-concept though, atleast for my country. Name is irrelevant and used as a neg

its a clever idea, but maybe saying the part about touching women's butt/breasts/whatever is a bit vulgar? you don't want the girl to feel so uncomfortable straight off the bat. maybe you could just replace that with some other action a creepy person would do.
