4. Oh, by the way do you know how many questions have I asked ? / Which question am I at now ? - They reply 3 / 4 they lose and you can neg them. They answer 132 you go to question 5
5. AH! Have you heard/done this before?!

Now you can neg them or make fun of them and you won the bet. Remember to bet something or have something at stake
