Well Ive been running game on this girl from my class and she seems like a big tease . shell look my way and just smile and ill catch her with good eye contact and shell continue to just stare and smile. So she added me on Facebook and she posts on my wall alot to start conversation. I told her one time when i was away to hit me up and well hang out and she responded with sure but she never called me . Shes still smiling and giving other IOI's and writing on my wall like nuts , is she just teasing me or what? should i try giving her mine number / getting hers again ?

Stormy's right. That"s exactly what I'd tell you. She's waiting for you to take the initiative and lead the interaction. Waiting around for her to call you is never going to work. She's trying to put you on the spot and see how you react. Try getting her to do something really relaxed. Ask her to do a little "study session" at like Starbucks or something. Good luck man.

you should give her a call or Hint she should give you a call. You are already communicating with her now you just gotta make the move. Invite her to hang-out, grab a bite to eat, catch up on some study sessions.
