How do I create a better social circle?

Hey guys I know that a good social circle is essential to become a pick up artist so my question is : how do I make new friends. The thing is that I have very few friends and not best friends so I am not invited almost nowhere and can't meet new people. How do I change that?

Also I have problems with approach anxiety....even when I'm thinking about approach it's seems easy...when it comes to actually do it...I don't do it. Period.

5. Merge friends
